TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Quotation: Pricing is valid for 30 days from date of quote; however, LAMATEK reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time in the event of substantial increases in cost associated with raw materials increases, vendor-imposed Force Majeure, material allocations or other unavoidable expenditures not considered in the original cost estimation.

Tolerance:

Linear: +/- .03” Unless otherwise stated
Thickness: +/-10% or standard RMA tolerance, unless otherwise stated

Quotation Notes:

• Pricing is based on release quantities as quoted only
• Orders are considered complete if shipped within +/-10% of order quantity, unless otherwise stated
• Minimum order is $250 for Slit Rolls per line item and $500 for Kiss-Cut/Die-Cut per line item.
  • Minimums may be larger for non-standard materials
• All prices quoted in USD

Shipping: All orders shipped F.O.B West Deptford unless otherwise stated. Any damage to goods during shipment is the responsibility of the customer. LAMATEK can provide tracking, BOL and/or Pro numbers for all shipments upon request. For shipments where the customer does NOT specify a carrier, LAMATEK will make every effort to use the lowest cost carrier available; however, LAMATEK will not be held liable for any discrepancy in freight costs. LAMATEK does not guarantee transit times by any transportation company.

Set Up: Please note that one-time setup charges may include tooling costs for dies which remain the property of LAMATEK. LAMATEK will be responsible for tooling maintenance and replacement due to normal wear, unless otherwise stated. Any tooling revisions and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer AND MAY BE APPLICABLE ON PRODUCTS WHERE THE ORIGINAL SETUP CHARGES WERE WAIVED. In these instances all applicable setup charges will be noted on the revised quotation.

PPAP documentation requirements must be communicated to LAMATEK in advance, with the original RFQ. PPAP requests after the original quote may incur additional cost.

Customer Supplied Material deliveries must be preceded by a customer purchase order that references a LAMATEK quote number. Unless previously agreed to by LAMATEK customer supplied materials must be a maximum of 84 inches wide and provided on a 3” cardboard core of satisfactory structure to avoid crushing or distorting. All customer supplied materials are subject to inspection and approval by LAMATEK. Materials found to be packaged, wound or otherwise supplied in an unsatisfactory manner can be subject to additional processing charges.

Warranty: All adhesive backed products are warranted for six (6) months from date of receipt, except for compressed foam products which are warranted for thirty (30) days from date of receipt, self-adhesive setting blocks which are warranted for ninety (90) days from date of receipt, and muntin and glazing tapes which are warranted for twelve (12) months from the date of receipt, unless otherwise stated, if stored under the recommended conditions of 50 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity of 50% or less. As with all adhesive and compressed products, FIFO stock rotation is required.

Custom products may not be returned unless found to be defective in workmanship.

FITNESS FOR USE: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED AND SAMPLES SUPPLIED BY LAMATEK WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PURCHASER MUST DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF A PARTICULAR PRODUCT FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, LAMATEK CANNOT WARRANT PRODUCTS IN THEIR APPLICATION AND WILL ONLY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR INVOICE CREDIT ON PRODUCTS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN WORKMANSHIP.
