Function
Corrugated vinyl matting has a V-shaped rib tooth design that traps dust and dirt. Angular pointed corrugations provide excellent anti-slip safety and wear strength for long lasting floor protection. Also cleans shoes, absorbs sound and improves traction on smooth floors that can pose slip hazards.
Application
Corrugated vinyl runner matting is an all purpose matting option that can be used virtually anywhere. Use corrugated anti-slip matting for dry area walkways in schools, hospitals, hallways, assembly lines, cafeteria and vending lines, gyms, pharmacies and medical labs, school labs, food service areas, warehouses, factories, offices and so much more. Corrugated matting can also be cut and used to line pharmacy shelves or any other shelving where objects can slip off. Use corrugated vinyl as a drawer liner to absorb sound and prevent rattling and scratches. Corrugated matting makes good non-slip stair treads and pads and anti-skid pads.
Put-up
Supplied in custom cut lengths by the foot or in full rolls. Can be die-cut for custom shapes and surfaces such as gym equipment, stairs, boats, cars and other areas that require anti-slip flooring. Also use corrugated vinyl matting as toolbox, cart and equipment tray liners as well as a drawer or shelf liner. 3′ (36″) wide or 4′ (48″) wide. Available in black only.
Materials
Corrugated vinyl matting offers exceptional wear and holds up against repeated use and heavy foot traffic. Our corrugated vinyl option also provides the highest level of slip resistance as well as some anti-fatigue properties. Low matting profile sit close to the ground and allows for easy on/off cart or vehicle traffic such as forklifts, motorized carts, hand trucks and other wheeled devices. Corrugated vinyl matting is also easy to clean and resists common chemicals and acids. Meets flammability test requirements and resists tearing.
